Simplicity 3223; ca. 1939; Misses' Dress. For that broad-shouldered look, choose this dress with its sleeves gathered to epaulets. Epaulets may be trimmed with buttons if desired. Pleats in the four-piece skirt, may be stitched as a decorative trimming. Style I provides long gathered bishop sleeves finished with wrist bands and a slide fastener for front of blouse. Style 2 provides short gathered sleeves gathered to bands. Welts are an added fashion note for blouse which may be finished with loops and buttons.
