Simplicity 3147; ca. 1939; Girls' Dress. Bodice moulds figure and joins full skirt at waistline. Sleeves are short, finished with a band. Style I and II have wide contrasting collars and cuffs, they may close with buttons and loops or slide fastener at neck. Style I has a ribbon belt; Style II is trimmed with a bow. Style III has a contrasting collar and frilled front band and pockets.
