Simplicity 3059

Simplicity 3059; ©1949; Misses' One-Piece Dress: A shaped front yoke and turned-down collar are features of the bodice which is softly gathered at the waistline. A deep inverted pleat in the center front releases fullness in the skirt which falls in an easy flare, and a self or purchased belt encircles the waistline. Style 1 and 2 a slide fastener closes the yoke. Style 1 has long sleeves finished with French cuffs. Wide, pointed cuffs trim the short sleeves in Styles 2 and 3, and flap-trimmed patch pockets at the hips are top-stitched to the skirt. Link buttons fasten the yoke in Style 3.
