Simplicity 3054; ©1949; Men's Western Shirt Including Transfer Design for Embroidery: The front-buttoning shirt has a shaped shoulder yoke in front and back, convertible collar and front band. The long sleeves, fastened with three buttons at the lower edge, have high shaped cuffs. In Style 1, the yoke and cuffs are of contrasting fabric. Bound buttonhole pockets finished with arrowhead tacks are featured. Contrasting piping outlines the front band, collar, yoke, shoulder seams and cuffs. Style 2 is embroidered with a leaf and horse's head motif and overcasting with embroidery thread or crewel wool replaces the contrasting piping of Style 1.
