Simplicity 3014; ©1949; Misses' and Women's One-Piece Wrap-Around Housecoat or Brunch Coat: The wrap-around coat has an inset belt ending in ties which fasten in a bow in back. Gathers from the waistline and forward shoulder seam release easy fullness in the bodice front, and darts at the waistline and neck fit the bodice back. A pointed collar bands the neckline. Large patch pockets trimmed with flaps finish the skirt front which is gathered at the waistline. Style 1, the housecoat has three-quarter sleeves finished with cuffs. The brunch coat in Style 2 has short sleeves.
