Simplicity 3003; ca. 1939; Misses' Dress and Redingote. Its simplicity gives this ensemble its utter chic. Dress is severely smart with its V neck, narrow pleats that are unpressed below hips, and short or long sleeves. Redingote has a tuxedo collar, which may be in contrast to match the dress. It has a panel back; long or short sleeves.
