Simplicity 2991; ca. 1939; Misses' Corset Bodice and Petticoat. Indispensable for wear with an off-shoulder decolletage are these garments. Corset bodice is made in sections and is held firm by featherboning, elastic and a drawstring. Petticoat gathers to a drawstring at waist. It may be worn with or without the dust ruffle or featherbone hoop.
