Simplicity 2658; ca. 1948; Girls' Blouse: The blouse is secured with a back-button closing. The sleeves are gathered at the upper edges and are fitted with elastic at the lower edges achieving a ruffled effect. Styles 1 and 2 have shaped yokes in front. Style 1 features a contrasting collar and self ruffling below the yoke. In Style 2, embroidered edging trims the high neck edge, three-quarter sleeves and yoke of embroidered fabric. In Style 3, ruffling of embroidered edging accents the bound, scooped-out neckline and puffed sleeves.
