Simplicity 2540; ca. 1948; Child's Dress and Panties: View 1 has a round collar and short puffed sleeves; View 2 the square neckline is trimmed with contrasting bands and shoulder ruffle. Applique bunny is stitched to the front to make a pocket. Panties are pleated in front and gathered in back.
