Simplicity 2451; ©1948; Maternity Slip and Panties: The slip, styled with a back opening, is adjusted with tie ends at either side. A faced bra top and softly flared skirt finish the slip. Elastic casing at the back waistline and front buttons which can be regulated to fit, are featured on the panties.
