Simplicity2269a

Simplicity 2269; ca. 1947; Women's Nightgown: Gathers at the forward shoulder seam release easy fullness in the bodice front. The softly flared skirt joins to the bodice front in a point above the natural waistline. Tie ends form a bow at the center back. In Style I, the long, full sleeves are gathering at the upper and lower edges and join to a buttoned wristband. A bow trims the V neck. In Style II, lace is used to trim the sleeveless bodice.

Also published as Simplicity S18 in the UK/Australia/NZ.
