Simplicity 2199; ©1947; Child's One-Piece Pajama. Style I, with long sleeves, is made with feet and drop seat back, which buttons to a band. Buttons secure the front closing. Style II, with short sleeves, is bound with bias binding around the neckline and sleeves. The drop-seat back gathers to a tie belt.
