Simplicity 2104; ca. 1930s; Misses' Dress and Petticoat. The double breasted blouse has a tied collar and long or three-quarter length sleeves. The skirt has a shaped front panel. The flared peplum is optional. The bias cut petticoat may be finished with a gathered or pleated ruffle.
