Simplicity 1955; ca. 1936; Misses' and Women's Swagger Coat and Skirt. There's not a more useful costume than this swagger outfit. Worn with the skirt, the coat makes a smart and complete suit. Alone it can be worn with chic and comfort over almost any dress in the wardrobe. It is easy to make, too, with a high-rising closely fitted neckline and rows of stitching for a neat and simple trimming detail.
