The sailor collar has a ruffle trim. Panties, cut in two sections, have elastic casing at the upper edge. In style I, the collar and pocket flaps are contrasting fabric and are outlined with ruffling and rick rack. In style II, the collar is trimmed with embroidered edging and puffed sleeves finish the dress. In Style II and III, the sleeves are puffed and embroidered edging trims the collar which may be made of contrasting fabric.
