Simplicity 1735; ca. 1946; Teen-Age Jumper, Blouse, Purse and Belt: The gathered skirt is made with a left side opening, and a pocket in the right seam. In Style I the jumper-like suspenders are made of fabric, and join to the waistband. In Style II suspenders of felt or braid are used. The blouse is made with a drawstring that controls the fullness of the neckline and sleeve. The sleeves may be short or long. Style I is trimmed with a ruffle of self fabric or embroidery edging. The belt and attached purse of Style I are made of felt.
