Simplicity 1302; ca. 1945; Misses' and Women's Bathing Suit and Beach Coat: The bra is gathered at the front and sides. Tie ends fasten into a bow at center and back and straps cross at back and button to band. Waistline darts fit the trunks, and undertrunks, made of jersey, are attached to trunks at side-opening and waistline. The wrap-around skirt has soft pleats at left side and is attached to a waist band. The beach coat features large patch pockets, openings at lower side edges and extended shoulders. Long sleeves may be joined to extended shoulders and lining is optional.
