Simplicity 1148; ©1944; Misses' and Women's Dress: The bodice is seamed at the centre front. A small opening is left below the V neckline through which tie ends are pulled and fastened in a bow. The section between the neckline and the opening is softly gathered. The slim skirt is seamed down the centre front and back. Style I has long sleeves. Style II features short cape sleeves.
