Simplicity 1065; ca. 1944; Teen-age jumper and blouse: A "Mother and Daughter Fashion". For "mother" see Simplicity 1058 and for Little Sister's see Simplicity 1068. A slim inset belt releases the soft fulness of the jumper skirt. The bound neck edge of the blouse is styled with front gathers. In Style I, the jumper top is scalloped and the skirt is trimmed with two shaped pockets. The neck and short sleeves of the blouse are edged with purchased ruffling. In Style II, the jumper has side sections and braid or ribbon may be used for trimming.
