Simplicity 1045; ©1944; Misses' and Women's Two-Piece Dress and Dickey: The top is slimly fitted with darts and buttons down the front. The skirt is seamed down either side of the center front and back. The dickey is styled with a notch collar and finished with a pointed waistband that ties in the back. Choose short or long sleeves for the top.
