An inset belt releases the soft fulness of the skirt which is finished with a back opening and a tie belt. The lasrge-brimmed bonnet has tie strings at the back. The blouse is softly gathered and bound at the neckline. Purchased or self ruffling may be used to trim the jumper top and bonnet.
