Vintage 1940s Simplicity 1026 slim bodice of dress is styled with shirring at the underarm seam and is seamed down the center front. The skirt is finished with a center front and back seam. In style 1, the V neckline and 3/4 sleeves are trimmed with self ruffling. A flower may be worn at the neck. Style 2 has a heart-shaped neckline outlined with lace rufflling. The short sleeve is finished with a gathered dart seam at the lower edge.
