Simplicity 1018; ©1944; Unprinted Pattern. Misses' One-Piece Dress: A slim set-in belt releases the soft gathers of the skirt front. The low round neckline, gathered in front, is finished with bias binding. In Style I, the neckline and short petal sleeves are edged with purchased ruffling. A bow knot is tacked at each shoulder. Slit pockets, trimmed with ruffling, finish the skirt front. Style II has a self ruffle around the neckline, sleeves and lower part of the skirt. A flower may be worn at the waist. Style III has a small bow at the neck and is finished with three-quarter sleeves.
