The top is styled with gathers at the lower edge and the skirt is softly gathered at the upper edge. A bias binding finishes the short, puffed sleeves. Style I is fashioned with a small bow at the neck and a contrasting belt. Self-ruffling trims the neck and sleeve edge in Style II.
