Pictorial Review 8949; ca. 1937; MISSES' FROCK AND WAISTCOAT. Again the waistcoat in a new version. Here it is trimmed with leather, braid or fabric lacings. The tailored frock has a convertible neckline and an inverted-pleat in back from shoulder-yoke to hem. The sleeves may be long or short, both lengths finished with cuffs.
