Pictorial Review 4194; ca. 1920s; Girls' and Juniors' Frock. A graceful cape-collar adds charm to this dainty frock. It may be worn sleeveless or with long one-piece sleeves gathered to wristbands; perforations are provided for short sleeves. The two-piece skirt is gathered at upper edge and attached to the blouse at a low waistline under a wide sash which ties at the side.
Scallop design No. 13101. Transfer pattern, blue or yellow.
