New York 1238; ca. 1940s; Ladies' and Misses' Skirts. A - Three piece skirt with inset plait at front. B- Two-piece Circular skirt. C- Six piece skirt with or without plaits at front and back. Width at lower edge of A-Skirt - Medium size - about 2 yards. B-Skirt about 2 3/4 yards. C-Skirt about 2 1/4 yards.
