Jacket has an over the hip peplum, short or long slim sleeves OR long bloused sleeves with french cuffs. The jacket wraps to the front and snaps at the waistline, leaving an asymmetrical front with a V shaped neckline! Optional pocket on hip. The jacket bodice & peplum are seamed in a straight line; adding an optional belt (instructions included) gives the wider waistband look. The skirt has a waistband and side zipper closing; it may be made in two gored styles.
