McCall 6832

McCall 6832; ©1947; Misses’ Dress. This is a truly simple dress, but it is an important one from a fashion standpoint, and for at least three good reasons. First the shoulders - not squared off, but rounded. Second the skirt - flared again. Not too much, just easily. Third the cut - it is on the bias, so the stripes can all run slantingly in both bodice and skirt, yet the neckline, which crosses over, can be on the straight.
