Dress with short, 3/4 or long slim sleeves has jacket look dropped waist in front and a T-panel in the rear from the natural waistline. Shirred insets on both sides of bodice. Button front & small collar. Optional sleeve stiffening. Tie ends in side seams nips the waist. Choose smooth panel front or gathered skirt.
