It's the "One-Hour" Hat! This smart little suit-and-topper hat is made in one piece! Views A & B show two versions of the same basic hat, differently draped and trimmed. Make hat of felt or suiting, or a combination of felt and suiting. Trim, felt or ribbon. You can carry out or contrast with your main dress or suit color. Matching shoulder bag has slide fastener opening. Belt has buckle front closing. Hat shown, View B, is made in gray felt, with blue and gray felt trim, tassel. Bag B, is gray felt, with blue and gray felt applique, tassel. Bag is 10.5" deep. Head sizes: 22, 23.
