McCalls Pattern 1149 Vintage Kaumagraph Transfer - Designs for Sequin Trimming, dated 1944. This includes 3 bows A (4 1/2 x 4 7/8 inches), 1 pair of B, (5 3/4 x 14 3/4 inches), 1 pair of C, (3 3/4 x 13 3/4 inches), 1 pair of D (4 1/4 x 4 3/4 inches), 15 stars E, (1 7/8 x 1 7/8 inches), 15 circles F (3/8 inch inch diameter), 1 pair of corner motifs G (shown with banding), (2 1/8 x 3 1/2 inches), 1 motif H (3 1/4 x 3 1/2 inches), 4 1/2 yards of banding (3/4 inch wide) and 1 pair of corner motifs (not illustrated ), (2 x 3 1/2 inches).

This has extensive instruction on how to use these and a ton of suggestions, including "How To Buy Sequins" with amouts needed for the various motifs, both by the yard, and how many single sequins it takes for each motif.
