McCall's 9788; ©1969; Misses' Proportioned Pants. Bell bottom pants, or wide legged pants with legs turned back to form cuffs, each proportioned for the tall, average and short figures. Either pants have faced and interfaced darted upper edge and left side zippers. Bell bottom pants have purchased scarf or belt held by fabric carriers and leg openings may be stitch trimmed. Carriers are included in upper edge facing seam and sewn to fronts and backs.
