The 3/4 length sleeves are dolman like and cut in one with the bodice. May be worn pushed up. Dress closes up the front with buttons to the hemline. Note the front hips: The dress skirt is pleated and folded over.. and in the rear has an almost bustle effect with an array of pleats at the center back waistline that release to a large box pleat.
