Gown or top is gathered to front yoke, yoke is faced and fronts are interfaced. Gown has long set-in sleeves, top with long pants has short set-in sleeves, each with edging sewn to lower edges and elastic in casings. Gown has patch pockets. Armholes of sleeveless top are faced. Pants or bloomers have elastic in waistline casing. Legs of bloomers are trimmed with edging and have elastic in casing.
