McCall's 8461; ©1966; Helen Lee - Child's Dress and Pinafore: High waisted dress with long set-in sleeves and three section gathered skirt, and back buttoned ruffled pinafore with three section gathered skirt, each with corded piping in the waistline seam. Dress has lined bodice, faced sleeves, center back zipper. Pinafore has gathered ruffles in side front and side back seams of bib. Entire pinafore in lined with organdy and novelty edging is included in lining seams of neck, ruffles and backs and lower edge of skirt. Bib back is interfaced with organdy.
