McCall's 8396; ©1966; Helen Lee - Child's Dress. Four section dress with simulated front buttoning, has long set-in sleeves, center back zipper. Gathered bias ruffles of dress fabric are included in seam joining left and right fronts and sewn to sleeves. Neck and ruffles are bound with bias contrasting fabric.
