McCall's 8383; ©1968; Helen Lee - Girls' Dress. Low waisted dress has two section skirt and contrasting bodice, yoke nad long set in sleeves. Bodice is gathered to yoke at side back and side front and included in yoke facing seam. Buttoned front opening has bias band applied on right front. Bias collar is faced and interfaced and buttoned to bodice fronts. Sleeves are gathered into bias, interfaced, buttoned bands. Sleevebands, collar, yoke and front band are top stitched. Purchased belt is held at low waistline by bodice fabric carriers.
