McCall's 6795; ©1962; Three 12-Inch Pillows to Trim with Blanket Binding, Ribbon or Nylon Tulle: Pattern includes transfer for three different designs ... (A) Square Basket Weave Pillow, (B) Round Ruffled Pillow, and (C) Round Petal Pillow. Leaflet contains instructions for cutting, sewing and finishing. View A: Both versions of the square pillow may have fronts and backs of velveteen. Either blanket binding or velvet ribbon is effectively interwoven across front in basket weave. View B: Pillow may have ruffles of blanket binding or ribbon over cotton satin (shown in pink), or white nylon tulle ruffles edged with pink and green baby rick-rack braid over white cotton satin (as shown). Directions for eyelet or lace ruffles, if desired, are given on leaflet inside envelope. View C: Petals are made of folded blanket binding (in three shaded) gathered and stitched to pink cotton satin pillow front. Transfer gives position markings for sewing on ruffles or petals and will stamp several times on right side of fabric to make a pair or more of each pillow ... B and C. Pattern A will make any number of pillows.
