McCall's 6386; ©1962; Toddler's Playsuit and Overdress (Not Suitable for Chubby Children). One-piece playsuit with suspender straps; sleeveless, front buttoned overdress. Sides and top of front section of lined playsuit are bound with bias contrast fabric. Elastic in hem at back waistline and in casings at inside of leg openings. Suspender straps sewn to back of playsuit, crossed at back and buttoned to top of front. Front section buttoned to back at sides. Flared dress has patch pockets, inverted pleat at back. Hammer-on snap fasteners may be used in place of buttons on playsuit and overdress.
