McCall's 6251; ©1962; Helen Lee - Child's Separates: Blouse, Skirt and Reversible Vest. Back buttoned blouse; three-gore, box pleated, suspender skirt; double breasted, bias, reversible vest. Blouse has set-in sleeves with elastic seam underneath forming ruffles. Optional lace edging on neck and sleeves. Straps are sewn to skirt waistband at front, crossed and buttoned to waistband at back. Reversible vest has two sets of four buttons each.
