McCall's 5853; ©1977; Misses' Dress or Top, Caftan and Pants - Dress or Top and Pants for Stretch Knits Only: Sleeveless, pullover dress or top has scooped neck. Pullover caftan (without shoulder seams) has button and looped back neck vent. Pants have elastic in waistline casing.
