Tie-belt in waistline seam at front, inserted through carriers, tied at back. Bodice lined with organdy. Set-in puffed sleeves with elastic forming ruffles. Optional lace edging on neck, sleeves, and lower edge of skirt. Copyright listed on envelope as 1960. I would say it's a medium difficulty; it requires knowledge of how to do both continuous lap and darts.
