McCall's 5459; ©1977; Misses' Set of Blouses with Alphabet Transfer. Blouses, with choice of collars have long sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs. A, B has scarf. C has standing collar and ties. D has tie collar. E has front band. Purchased belt and alphabet embroidery is optional.
