McCall's 5274; ©1959; Misses' Dress with Slim or Full Skirt. Dress with plastron front bodice and slim, three-gore skirt or flared four-gore skirt. Lightly scooped neck. Choice of two sleeve lengths, in one with bodice band and front plastron. Plastron is faced, bodice front extends under plastron from armhole to armhole. Front midriff and back belt are faced and interfaced, ends of belt in side seams. Left side zipper placket. Low pleat in back of slim skirt which may be lined.
