McCall;s 4859; c 1975; Toddlers dress or top and pants. Front yoked dress or top has zipper in back seam opening, and tie belt included in side seams. Dress A, or top B with rick rack trim has armhole ruffles;dress C sleeves with gathered cap have elastic in wrist casings. Pants have elastic in waistline casing.
