McCalls Pattern 4601 Vintage Reversible Halter Top, Wide Pants or Shorts, dated 1975. This includes; Reversible top A or B has halter neckline tied in back of neck, elastic in casing, and tie. Top A when made of lace and faced with batiste is not reversible. Pants or shorts have zipper in back opening.
