McCall's 4372; ©1974; A "Pounds-Thinner" Pattern. Half Size Dress or Top and Pants. Hight waisted, front yoked dress or top has back zipper and optional purchased belt. Long dress A has fabric flower. Dress B with short sleeves, or top C with flared sleeves has tie collar. Pants have left side zipper.
