McCall's 4247; ©1974; Child's Dress and Camisole. High waisted, back zippered dress has ruffle, long or short puffed sleeves with elasticized lower edge. Dress C has ribbon tie belt. Back buttoned camisole has peplum, ruffling and ribbon tie belt drawn thru thread loops.
