McCall's 4046; ©1957; Designed exclusively for McCall's by Galanos - Misses' Evening Dress & Petticoat in Two Lengths.
The skirt is comprised of 10 doubled sections (over 20 yards of 35" fabric) with outside darts around the circumference, then gathered. Ribbon trim is applied to the bottom edge of the organdy/nylon/silk organza skirt.
